The Mission
Central South Carpenters Regional Council
With 10,000 members across five states, the Carpenters needed a way to stay connected and consistent. Black Dog White Cat Productions built an internal communications system from the ground up—launching newsletters that average a 40%+ open rate, creating a distribution network for field staff, and refreshing brand materials. BDWC also developed targeted messaging for campaigns like an Austin-area protest, making sure every piece hit the mark legally and visually while pushing for fair pay, on-time wages, and safe job sites for workers.

The Mission
Pink Triangle Legacies Project
As a growing nonprofit, Pink Triangle Legacies needed clarity, structure, and visibility to grow. Black Dog White Cat Productions created branded collateral—brochures, banners, and pop-up displays—used at 18 events in six months, dramatically expanding reach and recognition. The team also developed fundraising and development plans, drafted board policies, and guided the process of becoming a 501(c)(3). BDWC supported board formation, from selecting members to establishing the executive board, ensuring the organization had strong governance and a clear path forward.

The Mission
Loyola University New Orleans College of Law
Loyola’s College of Law wanted to engage alumni, attract students, and strengthen its reputation. Black Dog White Cat Productions produced digital campaigns and newsletters that increased event attendance, boosted LSAT scores among incoming students, and supported enrollment growth—demand rose enough to add an extra section to the evening program. By aligning messaging across alumni, faculty, and prospective students, BDWC built consistency and momentum that positioned the College for long-term success.
The Mission
Hilton Hotels | The Roosevelt New Orleans
As part of Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria brand, The Roosevelt New Orleans needed distinctive marketing to stand out in a competitive luxury market. Black Dog White Cat Productions directed campaigns across Hilton’s New Orleans and Atlanta cluster, managed brand collateral, and created Drag Me to The Roosevelt—a recurring sellout event that became a signature experience, boosting revenue, guest engagement, and the property’s profile.

The Mission
Young Audiences Charter Schools
Young Audiences Charter Schools needed to boost enrollment and expand their reach. Black Dog White Cat Productions developed and executed a recruitment campaign that increased enrollment by 28%. BDWC also produced PR materials and managed social media strategy, driving a 26% jump in Instagram growth and raising the schools’ visibility across the community.
